Mr. Quade received his BA in Economics from the University of Illinois and completed graduate coursework at San Francisco State University’s Graduate School of Business. He started his 12-year financial management career on campus at Illinois, serving as CFO for the Illini Student Federal Credit Union. He assumed increased responsibilities at progressively larger financial institutions in Cincinnati, San Francisco, and the Los Angeles area performing in key leadership posts in controllership, financial operations and consulting.

Nathan is senior member of the Western Credit Union National Management School Alumni Association and has been recognized for his speaking and lecturing contributions on financial management issues among local organizations. In addition, Nathan has acted as special advisor to CEOs and Boards of Directors of developing financial institutions in developing long-term strategies.
