Mr. Miller received his MBA in finance from Michigan State University, and holds a BBA in accounting from Eastern Michigan University. He is a CPA and a member of the California Society of CPAs, and the AICPA. Carl served as an Army Officer before having begun his career with Arthur Andersen & Co. where he was a Senior-in-Charge. His career includes having been an Account Executive with a computer service firm, a Deal Maker with an investment banking firm, and he invested over ten years as a Managing Partner of one of the largest financial placement firms. Mr. Miller has been featured in numerous business publications and is a frequent guest lecturer at professional societies.

Ms. Risch received her MBA from California State University at Northridge and she holds a BS degree in Economics and Mathematics from Valparaiso University. She began her banking career with the Federal Reserve System, assuming positions of increasing responsibility over a ten year period. In addition, she invested nine years in management roles with Great Western Bank, Security Pacific National Bank and Coast Federal Bank. She is a Patron of the Los Angeles Public Library and has been recognized by the Federal Reserve for her work in banking.

Ms. Crawford is the Regional Manager for Northern California, residing in the San Francisco office. Beginning her banking career with Bank of America, she gained expertise in various banking divisions: operations, lending, sales training and sales management. She was selected for several strategic pilot programs to increase client retention, increase productivity and revenues. She won numerous Gold Club awards and recognition during her eleven years with Bank of America. Monica consistently advanced positions ultimately resulting in a high level management role before joining Russell Stephens. She received her Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University where she studied Business and Fine Art. She is an award-winning artist and is a consistent contributor to local non-profit organizations. She is a recipient of Russell Stephens' Performers Board for her executive search and job placement success in the areas of Private Banking, Commercial Lending and Finance.

Ms. Hansen earned a BBA in finance and real estate at The University of Texas at Austin. Her career encompassed seven years with MBank Austin, assuming positions of increasing responsibility in credit administration, commercial lending and special assets. In addition, she invested four years in small business lending and management roles in non-profit entities. At Russell Stephens, she has been responsible for the management of the Los Angeles office as well as opening and managing the Chicago office. Currently, Ms. Hansen's primary responsibility is to build business relationships with financial institutions on a national level as well as establishing and growing local markets in California, Illinois, Texas and the southeast United States. She has been recognized numerous times for her successes with Russell Stephens including several Performers Board Awards and the highly competitive Performer of the Year Award. She is a frequent speaker on career issues impacting real estate and construction lending.

Ms. Zarzycki received her BA in Design from Columbia College in Chicago, Illinois. She invested 9 years in the banking industry, encompassing positions in Customer Service, Personal Banking, Operations and Loan Servicing. She was most recently employed by Standard Register where she maintained her contacts in the financial services industry, building lasting relationships with national and local financial institutions. Ms. Zarzycki is responsible for job placement activities in the Midwest, headquartering in Chicago.

Mr. Miller received his Bachelor of Arts at the University of Southern California with an emphasis on film and television finance. He has consulted in the entertainment industry for over nine years, and has negotiated employment contracts with Sony, Disney, CBS, Miramax, and both international and domestic production companies. Eric has traveled to Europe and Asia for his negotiation expertise, and is responsible at Russell Stephens for job placement activities in emerging specialty markets on a national basis.

Ms. Reichenbach attended the State University College at Buffalo, in Buffalo, NY, and graduated from the Center for Media Arts in New York City. Her career encompasses over 10 years of administrative experience in the Recording Industry, where she coordinated the publicity and tour schedules for many well-known recording artists. A position as Operations Manager for Rhino Records brought her out to Los Angeles. She then worked as Operations Manager for Hershey Associates, a communications firm recognized as one of the top 100 women-owned businesses in Los Angeles. Mimi also served on the committee for the Celebrity Auctions to benefit the Special Olympics, and is a volunteer counselor for Sidelines, a non-profit women's support group.
