Ms. Hansen earned a BBA in finance and real estate at The University of Texas at Austin. Her career encompassed seven years with MBank Austin, assuming positions of increasing responsibility in credit administration, commercial lending and special assets. In addition, she invested four years in small business lending and management roles in non-profit entities. At Russell Stephens, she has been responsible for the management of the Los Angeles office as well as opening and managing the Chicago office. Currently, Ms. Hansen’s primary responsibility is to build business relationships with financial institutions on a national level as well as establishing and growing local markets in California, Illinois, Texas and the southeast United States. She has been recognized numerous times for her successes with Russell Stephens including several Performers Board Awards and the highly competitive Performer of the Year Award. She is a frequent speaker on career issues impacting real estate and construction lending.
