Beginning her banking career with Bank of America, Ms. Crawford gained expertise in various banking divisions: operations, lending, sales training and sales management. She was selected for several strategic pilot programs to increase client retention, increase productivity and revenues. She won numerous Gold Club awards and recognition during her 11 years with Bank of America. Monica consistently advanced positions ultimately resulting in a high level management role before joining Russell Stephens. She received her Bachelor of Arts from San Francisco State University where she studied Business and Fine Art.

She is an award-winning artist and is a consistent contributor to local non-profit organizations. She is a recipient of Russell Stephens’ Performers Board for her executive search and job placement success in the areas of Private Banking, Commercial Lending and Finance.
